First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, DS-1001b, in 47 adults with a specific type of brain tumor (glioma) that has a certain genetic change (IDH1 mutation) and has come back after standard treatments. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and how the body processes it. Researchers will also look for signs that the drug might shrink or slow the tumor.
