Summary
This study compares two silver wound dressings—a newer soft silicone foam and a traditional one—to see which heals infected chronic wounds better and costs less. About 40 adults with ulcers will be randomly assigned to one dressing for two weeks. The goal is to find the best option to speed healing and reduce healthcare costs.
