Summary
This study tested three treatments for chronic teeth grinding (bruxism): dry needling and two types of botulinum toxin (Botox). 72 adults with severe jaw pain received one of the treatments. Researchers measured pain levels and muscle thickness at 1 and 3 months to see which worked best.
