Summary
This study aimed to see which of two dry needling techniques works better for relieving chronic muscle pain in the neck and shoulder. Researchers compared a superficial technique with a deeper one, using ultrasound to guide the needles precisely. They measured pain levels, neck movement, and daily function in 80 adults with myofascial pain syndrome.
