Summary
This study tested two therapies—dry cupping and Graston technique—in 46 office workers with long-lasting shoulder blade pain. Both groups also received standard care. The goal was to see which approach better reduces pain and improves daily function. Results may help workers choose a more effective treatment for this common problem.
