Summary

This study tested two therapies—dry cupping and the Graston technique—in 46 office workers with scapulocostal syndrome (shoulder blade pain). Participants received one of the two treatments plus standard care for 4 weeks. The goal was to see which approach better reduces pain and improves neck movement and daily function.
