First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looked at whether measuring drug levels in the blood and adjusting doses accordingly can improve treatment for advanced kidney cancer. 47 patients taking sunitinib or pazopanib were followed to see if this approach reduced side effects and delayed cancer progression. The goal was to find a better way to dose these medications than the current method of waiting for side effects.
