Summary
This study looked at how taking multiple doses of itraconazole, a common antifungal, changes the way the body handles a single dose of zongertinib, a potential cancer drug. Sixteen healthy men participated to measure drug levels in the blood. The goal was to understand drug interactions, not to treat any disease.
