Summary
This study looks at how a common antifungal drug (itraconazole) changes the way the body handles an experimental drug called TD-1211. Twenty healthy adults aged 18 to 50 will take a single dose of TD-1211 with and without itraconazole. Researchers will measure drug levels in the blood and check for side effects to understand the interaction.
