Pfizer tests drug interaction in healthy volunteers

Summary
This early-stage study looks at whether the antifungal drug itraconazole changes how the body processes an experimental medicine (PF-08642534) in healthy adults. About 14 participants aged 18-65 will receive single doses of the study drug with and without itraconazole. The study lasts about 12 weeks and involves a 4-week stay at a clinic. It does not aim to treat any disease.
