Summary
This study checks if the antifungal itraconazole changes how the body handles a new experimental drug (PF-08642534). Healthy adults aged 18-65 will take the study drug alone and then with itraconazole. Researchers will measure drug levels and watch for side effects. The goal is to understand drug interactions, not to treat any disease.
