Summary

This completed phase 1 study tested whether two experimental drugs, DWC202511 and DWC202512, change how the body processes the diabetes medicine DWP16001. Eighteen healthy adults took DWP16001 alone and then with each of the other drugs. The goal was to see if there are any drug interactions that could affect dosing or safety.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only, not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance
DWP16001 (enavogliflozin), DWC202511, DWC202512
What this could lead to
If successful, this could help determine safe dosing when these drugs are taken together.
What could go wrong
This is a very early, small study in healthy people, not patients. Results may not predict real-world effects or safety.
