First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looked at how a new drug called casdatifan interacts with two other common drugs (itraconazole and phenytoin) in 14 healthy adults. The goal was to measure drug levels in the blood and check for side effects. Participants were healthy volunteers aged 18-55 who did not smoke. This study does not treat any disease; it helps researchers understand how to safely use casdatifan in future trials.
