First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 25, 2026

Summary

This completed phase 1 trial enrolled 14 healthy male volunteers to see how the antifungal drug itraconazole changes the levels of an experimental drug called BI 706321 in the blood. Participants took BI 706321 alone and then again after several days of itraconazole. The study measured drug concentrations over time to understand the interaction, but it was not designed to treat any condition.
