Summary
This study looked at how a common antifungal drug, itraconazole, changes the levels of an experimental drug called BI 1584862 in the blood. Fourteen healthy men took BI 1584862 alone and then again with itraconazole to see if the combination altered drug exposure. The results will help determine safe dosing for future studies.
