Summary
This study looked at whether taking an anti-nausea medication (ondansetron) changes the amount of AMG 133 in the blood of people who are overweight or obese. 59 adults took AMG 133 alone or with the anti-nausea drug. The goal was to measure drug levels and check for side effects, not to treat obesity.
