Summary
This study looked at how three common drugs (an antifungal, an antibiotic, and acid reducers) change the levels of a new medicine called INCB161734 in the blood. 63 healthy adults aged 18-55 took part. The goal was to gather safety and drug interaction information, not to treat any disease.
