Summary
This study looked at how taking bosentan (a drug that can speed up liver processing) changes the levels of nerandomilast in the blood. Sixteen healthy men took nerandomilast alone and then again after several days of bosentan. The goal was purely to gather safety and dosing information, not to treat any disease.
