First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at how a new experimental drug combination (BEM/RZR) changes the levels of common opiate withdrawal medications (buprenorphine/naloxone or methadone) in the blood. It involves 32 healthy volunteers who are already on stable therapy for opiate withdrawal. The goal is to see if the drugs interact, helping doctors adjust doses safely in the future.
