Scientists test if new skin drug changes how birth control and blood thinners work

NCT ID NCT07190430

Summary

This early-stage study aims to understand how an experimental atopic dermatitis (eczema) drug called PF-08049820 affects how other medications move through the body. Researchers will test 16 healthy adult women to see if taking this drug changes how birth control pills, a sedative (midazolam), and a blood thinner (dabigatran) work. The study will help determine if future patients could safely take this eczema treatment alongside their other medications.
