Healthy men help track how a new drug moves through the body

NCT ID NCT04680767

First seen May 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looked at how a single dose of the drug LY3502970, tagged with a tiny amount of radioactivity, is absorbed and removed from the body. Six healthy men took one dose, and researchers measured the drug and its breakdown products in blood, urine, and stool over up to 8 weeks. The goal was to understand how the drug is processed, not to treat any disease.
