First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looked at how a drug called LY3484356 enters the bloodstream and leaves the body. Sixteen healthy women who cannot become pregnant took a single dose with a tiny radioactive tag. Researchers measured the drug and its breakdown products in blood, urine, stool, and breath over about 4 weeks. The goal was to understand the drug's absorption and elimination, not to treat any disease.
