Summary
This study aims to understand how a slow-release version of a diabetes drug (glipizide) breaks down and gets absorbed in the human digestive system. Healthy volunteers will have a thin tube passed into their stomach and intestines to collect fluid samples, along with giving blood, urine, and stool. The goal is to gather data to help design better oral medications in the future.
