Summary
This study looked at two ways to prevent women from getting cold during planned C-sections: drinking an energy drink before surgery or using a warming mattress. 302 women having planned C-sections took part. The goal was to see if the energy drink worked as well as the warming mattress for keeping body temperature stable.
