NCT ID NCT07354386
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether eating dried Saskatoon berries daily for 10 weeks can improve blood sugar and cholesterol levels in people with untreated prediabetes or new type 2 diabetes. Researchers will compare the effects of Saskatoon berries to a control dried fruit in 92 adults aged 18-74. The goal is to see if this natural food can help manage diabetes without medication.
