Summary
This study creates a registry of 500 adults with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) or related conditions. Researchers will collect medical data and blood or bone marrow samples over time to track how these diseases progress. The goal is to better understand these rare blood disorders, not to test a new treatment.
