Summary
This study tests whether virtual peer groups can help Latinx teenagers (ages 13-17) with type 1 diabetes use insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors more often. The program, called DREAM, was developed with input from teens, families, and doctors. Researchers will check if the groups are practical and liked by participants, and measure changes in diabetes control and well-being.
