Summary
This study looked at whether wearing advanced compression sleeves during progressive resistance exercises can help reduce lymphedema (arm swelling) in women who had breast cancer surgery. 60 women with mild to moderate chronic lymphedema participated in a 12-week program. The goal was to see if the combination is practical and effective for managing swelling.
