First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a creative drama-based stress management program could help nursing students feel less stressed, cope better, and improve their emotional intelligence. 49 nursing students took part, with one group doing drama exercises for six sessions over three weeks and another group receiving standard training. Researchers measured stress, coping, and emotional intelligence right after the program and again one month later.
