Summary
This study looked at whether a creative drama-based stress management program could help nursing students feel less stressed and improve their coping skills and emotional intelligence. 49 nursing students took part, with some doing drama sessions and others receiving standard training. The results showed that the drama group had better outcomes in managing stress and understanding emotions.
