First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tested a new immune-boosting treatment for people with a type of aggressive lymphoma (DLBCL) that came back or didn't respond to standard therapy. 25 adults received a vaccine-like therapy (DPX-Survivac) plus a common chemo drug (cyclophosphamide) and an immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) for up to a year. The goal was to see if the combination could shrink tumors or stop the cancer from growing.
