Summary
This study looked at whether a computer analysis of liver biopsy images, called FibroNest Ph-FCS, can predict serious liver complications in people with a type of fatty liver disease (MASLD). Researchers reviewed medical records from 1,241 adults to see how well this digital score worked compared to standard methods. The goal was to improve how doctors identify patients at highest risk, not to test a new treatment.
