Could a daily pill boost independence in down syndrome?

Summary
This study tests a new drug, AEF0217, to see if it can improve daily living skills in adults and older teens with Down Syndrome. About 188 participants will take either the drug or a placebo daily for 24 weeks. Researchers will check changes in adaptive behaviors, thinking skills, and quality of life.
