Summary

This early-stage study tests the safety of dostarlimab, an immunotherapy drug, in people with HIV-related Kaposi sarcoma that hasn't responded to standard HIV treatment. About 15-20 participants will receive the drug alongside their HIV therapy. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can help the immune system fight the cancer.
