Summary
This study looked at men with advanced prostate cancer that was no longer controlled by standard hormone therapy. Researchers tested whether increasing the dose of the drug abiraterone could stop the cancer from growing. 94 men participated, and the goal was to see if the higher dose helped keep the disease stable.
