Summary
This study tests whether a needle procedure called angiopuncture, guided by Doppler ultrasound, can safely reduce pain in women with primary dysmenorrhea (period pain). Thirty women who have had painful periods for at least six months will receive the treatment. The main goal is to measure pain changes using a pain scale before and after the procedure.
