New needle technique aims to ease period pain

Summary
This study tests whether a procedure called Doppler ultrasound-guided angiopuncture can safely reduce pain in women with primary dysmenorrhea (menstrual cramps). Thirty participants will receive the treatment, and pain levels will be measured before and after using a standard pain scale. The goal is to see if this approach offers a new option for managing period pain.
