First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This early-phase study tested whether combining two drugs (donafinib and an anti-PD-1 antibody) can safely prevent liver cancer from returning after surgery in 30 patients at high risk of recurrence. The goal was to see if this treatment could improve the one-year recurrence-free rate. The study is complete, but results are not yet reported.
