Summary
This study tests whether the drug dolutegravir, alone or with tenofovir, can reduce the amount of HTLV-1 virus in the blood and improve symptoms like pain and muscle weakness. About 146 adults with HTLV-1 infection and related health problems will take part. The goal is to find a better way to control the virus and ease symptoms.
