NCT ID NCT07555431

First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether the drug dolutegravir, alone or with tenofovir, can lower the amount of HTLV-1 virus in the blood and improve symptoms like pain, stiffness, and muscle weakness. About 146 adults with HTLV-1 infection and related health problems will take part. The goal is to find a treatment that controls the virus and eases symptoms, not to cure the infection.
