Summary
This study will test whether a special training program called DOJO 3.0 helps researchers in Indonesia improve their research and scientific writing skills better than the usual training methods. About 96 researchers will take part, with half receiving the DOJO training and the other half receiving standard training. The study will measure changes in critical thinking, data analysis, knowledge, and manuscript quality to see which approach works best.
