Summary
This study looks at whether the position (lying down vs sitting) during a bladder pressure test changes the diagnosis of overactive bladder in people with multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease. Researchers will compare results from both positions in 160 adults to see if lying down is just as accurate. The goal is to create better testing guidelines for people who cannot sit or stand easily.
