Summary

This study looked at whether telling children and teens that they are wearing an activity tracker (accelerometer) changes how much they move. Eighty healthy volunteers aged 10 to 18 wore the device for four days. Half were told it measured activity, the other half were told it measured posture. Researchers then compared the activity levels between the two groups.
