Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, docetaxel and pembrolizumab, in people with head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. The goal is to see if this combo can shrink tumors better than current treatments. The trial includes 27 adults who have not had chemotherapy for their advanced cancer. Researchers will measure tumor response and survival over time.
