First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests whether a type of core exercise called Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) can reduce urine leakage in women with stress urinary incontinence. About 62 women will be randomly assigned to either DNS or standard pelvic floor muscle training. The goal is to see if DNS works as well as the usual exercises, offering a new option without surgery or medication.
