First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) exercises to standard pelvic floor muscle training can better improve bladder symptoms and pelvic muscle function in women with multiple sclerosis. Twenty-four women aged 28-54 completed an 8-week program. The goal was to see if the combined approach offers extra benefits over pelvic floor training alone.
