New drug aims to slow muscle decline in duchenne muscular dystrophy

Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called ENTR-601-45 for people with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) who have a specific genetic mutation. The goal is to find a safe and effective dose that may help produce a needed muscle protein and potentially slow disease progression. Participants will receive the drug or a placebo via IV infusion and undergo regular checkups, including muscle biopsies and physical function tests.
