New hope for DMD: experimental drug aims to restore muscle protein

Summary
This study is testing a new medicine called ENTR-601-45 for boys and young men with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), a rare muscle-wasting disease. The first part checks the medicine's safety and finds the best dose, while the second part looks at how well it works. Researchers will measure changes in a key muscle protein and track participants' ability to walk, climb stairs, and perform other movements.
