Summary
This early-stage trial tests an experimental drug, DM005, in about 136 people with advanced solid tumors like lung, head and neck, or other cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see how the body handles it. Participants receive DM005 as an IV infusion every three weeks.
