NCT ID NCT06364917

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study is for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that does not have the PD-L1 protein, making it harder to treat. Researchers want to see if using two different immunotherapy drugs together with chemotherapy works better than just one immunotherapy drug with chemo. The trial will track changes in cancer DNA in the blood to measure how well the treatment is working. About 24 adults will take part.
